Engine, Coolant Temperature, Coolant Level Gauge - Greg

The Engine Temperature, Coolant Temperature Gauge monitors and provides early warning of overheating or low coolant level with a visual and audible alarms.

The gauge kit includes;

• 52mm (2 inch) gauge suitable for standard vehicle gauge housings and pods.
• A cable (4 meters) with a plug at each end to connect the gauge to the junction box under the bonnet (normally through the firewall)
• Coolant temperature sensor bolt on with 2 meter cable marked with a BLUE strip) ) from the junction box
• Engine temperature bolt on sensor with 1 meter cable from the junction box
• MG Logo displayed for 10 seconds at power  up.
• One coolant level sensor (2m cable) and mounting hardware.
• Power cable and mounting hardware for 12 volt vehicles.

The coolant level sensor uses smart technology to monitor the coolant level. There is no need to drill holes in the coolant bottle or put anything in the bottle.   But for the sensor to work properly, your coolant bottle MUST be plastic. The sensor will not work on metal coolant tanks.
