Oil Pressure and Temperature 52mm Gauge

Maintaining normal oil pressure is critical to avoid damage to your engine components.

Standard vehicle oil fault or fluid (oil or coolant) temperature indicators sometimes provide warning information. Most vehicles do not provide an audible alarm.  If you are focused on driving, you may miss the indicator going into the RED until it is too late and your engine is damaged. 

Often standard oil warning indicators only provide a warning after there is a serious problem. If your oil pressure is lower than normal or the level drops for any reason, many indicators won’t show any warning until very late.  You may not be aware that your engine is being damaged.

Most vehicles do not have an alarm for high fluid (oil or coolant) temperature.  If you are 4WD’ing or towing a caravan, boat, trailer etc, your engine will be working hard, increasing the oil or coolant temperature. If a high fluid temperature is not alarmed, you may not be aware of damage being caused by excessive heating.

This gauge allows you to monitor and set alarms for both the oil pressure and fluid (Oil or Coolant) temperature during all driving conditions.  The gauge uses digital technology and has a full colour screen to display pressure, temperature, settings and alarms.

The Oil Pressure and temperature gauge can use the following sensors

• Syltech combination oil pressure and temperature sensor model MSCS-4P-G10-N8.  Recommended by Gauge Innovations as this sensor monitors both pressure and temperature. NOTE: This sensor is not supplied by GaugeInnovations and must be purchased separately.
• Gauge Innovations oil pressure sensor 1/8 NPT screw in Model VOPS-01
• Gauge Innovations 8mm bolt on or 1/8 NPT screw in temperature sensor

The Oil Pressure gauge supports the gauge External Relay Driver
